Mr. N S Aryamane - Director & Vice – President, Design Engineering
Mr. N S Aryamane is a founder member of Webian Technologies. He has been the key driving force of the organization. A constructional designer to the core, Mr. N S Aryamane has an experience of more than thirty five years to his credit in mechanical constructions and mould designs for high power transmission equipments
Before laying the foundation stone of Webian, Mr. Aryamane, retired as the Dy. Chief Dev. Engineer - R & D, from one of the country's leading manufacturer of power transmission equipments, where he commenced his service since 1969. He has some excellent developments under his profile. He was one of the key team members in developing Polymer Concrete based insulations for EHV equipments for which the company acquired patents. He was also awarded for this remarkable achievement by the group chairman during the same period.
He has also served as a founder, Director of Yash High Voltage Insulators Pvt. Ltd, based in GIDC, Gujrat. YHVI grew to be a successful venture and is one of the leading EHV bushing manufacturer in the country today. His inclination towards learning and upgrading himself in various technologies all time, made him move ahed from YHVI to form Webian Technologies.
At Webian, Mr. Aryamane leads the design engineering division. Apart from his technical commitments, he is also responsible for maintaining the company's statutory compliances from time to time and has active involvement in every process within Webian.
Webian continues to offer state of art design engineering solutions which are the outcome of his extensive field experience and at par technical excellence. Webian will continue to grow under his leadership delivering the best of services to its global clientele.
Dr. Vinay Nikam – Vice – President, Environmental Engineering Services
Mr. Nikam comes with a rich experience of more than 15 years along with academically strong background. He has done his B.E. in civil engineering, went on to pursue Bachelors of Law from Mumbai University. He is also an alumni of Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee and is currently pursuing his Ph.D. from IIT, Powai. His areas of specialization are Real-time rainfall and flood forecast, Flood risk assessment, Stormwater management, Decentralized wastewater treatment, Concrete mix design.
He has been an integral part of JNNURM mission for the city development plan of Thane city. He has won many national awards for his work on Environmental Services and has been an active member of many national and international bodies.
Under his guidance Webian has successfully implemented Country’s first private weather station.
Mr. Vilas Wadekar - Honorary member of the board
Mr. Vilas Wadekar is the honorary member of the board. He is a full time CEO of one of the renowned business house X'CALIBUR AUTOMATION which is into the niche segment of Environmental Air Pollution Engineering and Machinery for Bulk Handling conveyors. He is also an active member of few prestigious associations like International welding society, Member of Instrument soc. of America and IEEE (Institute of Electricals and Electronics Engineers)
He is an alumni of Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. His expertise being Environmental Air Pollution Engineering and Machinery for Bulk Handling conveyors he has been a driving force for Webian in Strategic Consulting, including business plan and sales strategy development, New Products developments and Innovations in the field of Environmental Sciences and Technology.
He brings with him a rich experience of over two decades.
Mr. Manoj Sonawane – Chief Information Officer
Mr. Manoj has rich and diversified experience of over 14 years in IT industry. He has served many multinationals within this span and has been an integral part of many major projects and has proven successful in generating remarkable revenues for the organization.
He is a seasoned IT Manager with extensive hands-on technical and financial experience, including project management, IT security, 24-hour disaster-recovery, IT infrastructure management and budgeting, with distinction in computer engineering and awarded Engineer of Month by wipro chosen from 20,000 IT engineers.
His specialties being Linux, Solaris, Unix, DevOps, Open source tools, migrations, server architecture, WEB, Database, Application servers and IT Security.
Mr.Deepak Chand Thakur - Director-Fintech
He holds Masters from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS), Mumbai and has 15 years of experience.
An expert in Strategy & Management, brings in fresh energy and perspective at Webian Technologies managing Fintech business, growth plan, strategic development, innovation and re-defining solutions by tapping market behavior and defining product and services which best suits consumers.
He brings with him, several years of expertise in banking and finance domain specializing in payments and digital ecosystem. He was instrumental in setting up Software and Mobility practice in the Financial Technology domain in NPST. Several key initiatives such as Innovation Lab, Fostering Several Strategic Alliances and Setting up Product Specific Organization has been taken under his leadership. His key role is to generate reasonable value for stakeholders.
Mr. Ashish Aggarwal – CFO
He has over 17 years of post-qualification experience in the field of Accounts, Finance, Taxation, Costing, Budgeting, Commercial Operations and Auditing. He has completed his CA and CMA.
His deep understanding towards running a profitable organisation, with expertise in finance and support functions by planning, organizing and reviewing.
He has been instrumental in driving some key decisions and growth plan for the organization with business initiatives in new domain that helped product growth and long-term value. He had closely associated and worked with IT companies in the past and developed organization's software penetration with innovative research and planning
Mr.Siddharth Aryamane - Managing Director & Head - Business Development
Siddharth Aryamane is the founder member of Webian Technologies and presently serves as the Managing Director of the board. He founded Webian Technologies Private Limited in February 2010 along with three others.He comes with an experience of fifteen years in business development and process designs. He has always portrayed his entrepreneurial skills since last fourteen years and has headed several start ups in the past before permanently dedicating his services to Webian Technologies.
It was under the leadership of Mr. Siddharth, that Webian was able to expand its clientele in the International markets and he has been responsible for the overall business development of Webian since day one. Webian was able to offer its services in various diversified sectors from Quality Management, Marine Services to Health care and much more and Mr. Siddharth has played a key role in developing such a wide spectrum of business opportunities.
Currently Mr. Siddharth looks after complete organizational development of Webian and has committed himself to excel Webian Technologies to the top in its products and services portfolio in the global markets. As the head of the board, Mr. Siddharth also is responsible for every statutory and quality compliance within Webian.
Apart from his responsibilities at Webian, Mr. Siddharth is also actively involved in historical explorations in Western mountains of India for which he has been duly certified by the respective authorities, and has conducted several social awareness camps during his visits to the rural parts of Maharashtra.
